I actually sent in one of those "wtf" thingies to the support people on LJ because one of my posts died.

Response came today:
As explained in the last paragraph of the referenced FAQ, once there are over 150 comments on a journal entry, the comments are automatically limited by LiveJournal's style systems, and this behavior cannot be altered. You will need to expand each individual comment thread in order to read all of the comments on this entry. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I know, which makes it quite frustrating. I could compile a list of links to those you can't see...I've still got them in my inbox. They just don't seem particularly inclined to fix it. *shrugs*
