Junk, stuff, ect....

Lol, upon reading it mentioned about three times, I'm beginning to get the feeling that I need to figure out what 'Velvet Goldmine' is. Anyone care to enlighten me?

Yeah, on another note, today was truly shocking. I had a really good day. Which I did not expect. Well, aside from having a killer headache towards the end of it. Lol. But yeah, yesterday afternoon SUCKED. So I thought I'd still be pissy all day, but I wasn't! And it made me happy.

Yeah, Yesterday really wasn't all that bad except I found out that I can't do the major I wanted to in college. At least not at the college I want to go to. I auditioned for the music program there and I didn't make it. So that made me really sad. Then I wanted to write about it in here, but LJ wouldn't let me. So that made me really pissy. And a pssy Megan is just not something you want to deal with because it doesn't happen very often. But I've been looking around at other stuff a GSU...And I found something really really cool. I could major in Broadcasting witha focus on Production. It's like being a techie, but for TV stations, movie companies, and radio stations. Wicked, eh? I'd seriously like that. So now I'm leaning towards that with either a double major or minor into theatre...Music still is up in the air somewhere. *smirks* Yah, enough college talk.

Srping Musical! Still in the middle of auditions. We read for parts today. I read for every part possible. I think I did well, I hope I did well. I really really really want to be Susie. Been working my butt off on the music, well, had been. Not the past two days, didn't have the heart yesterday, and today I had that lovely headache I mentioned earlier. I still have traces of it.

Thespian Conference is next week. w00t! *is excited* And I get a special colored shirt! It's GREEN! Wheeeee!

Lol, 'nuff said. Gonna go read some nice fanfics over at west-of-the-moon.net. (Good Tolkien archive. *nods* Good slashy stuff too!)

What? Now you're interpreting my blank stares as 'WTF?' Not fair. Rofl. Oi, they have a shirt over at think-geel that says that...No, wait, that's a hoody..Lol.

Bleh! I am sorry you didn't get into the music school you wanted to. I truly don't know what that feels like, but I am sure it's not happy. But what you have decided on doing sounds like a total blast!!! It could be so much fun if you get lucky and get awesome jobs, you know?! And journalism also sounds like fun. Good luck with it all.

And also, good luck on getting Susie in the play!! If you read for a lot of parts, I am sure they will stick you with an awesome one, even if it isn't Susie. :)

man that sucks. sorry you didn't make the music school. I audition for music scholarships and choirs in April! *is scared* I'm flying all the way to colorado just to look at my college and audition. I'm not majoring in music but I want to participate and CSU allows students to participate even if they aren't majoring so yay.

Well, I don't think you should just still go to that college if you didn't make what your dream is. Find another college, audition and hope for the best. Take a chance! Don't give up on your dream and definitely just because its probably the college closest to your house or the one your parents went to, don't make that the deciding factor! Hey, the college I'm going to is in one of the 14 states I have never been to and it is 5000 miles away from where my parents will be living! I say, don't give up on your dreams.

It's not so much that I'm giving up on my dreams, more like it made me take a step back and reevaluate them. =)
