So I mentioned in chat that I'm in Statesboro this weekend. Whiiiich I am And having a grand time too because I feel very MISSED. *_* I got tackled as soon as I walked in the door and LO AND BEHOLD, internet works this time around. So HI FOLKS. SORRY I'M NOT ON AT NORMAL HOURS.

I also mentioned a few days ago that my battery on my computer was being extraordinarily stubborn and going "plugged in, not charging." Well, it got worse. In that I could NEVER get it to charge anymore. So I mention this to Jen, one of the people who lives here and am talking about how I need to call Dell and get them to ship me a new one.

Turns out her Dell recently DIED and she got a new computer (Gateway) and the charger was just...sitting there.

SO NOW I AM PLUGGED IN VIA THAT AND CHARGING PERFECTLY! It makes my life happy. :D :D

Back to my normal tricks soon! For a while at least.

That happened to my charger too. It was mucha lucha frustrating. But I just called Dell and they shipped me a new one that was in my mailbox the next day.

That's really the only problem I've had with my laptop but it appears to be consistent with other Dells, apparently.

You know, I think I'm still going to do that, but it's nice to have a quick fix for now. And to know that's what was going on. Because while I remembered you having the problem, the whole idea sort of freaked me out! I DON'T WANT MY BABY TO HAVE ISSUES!

I got the slow computer at the library so forgive me for not logging in properly.

Your computer doesn't have issues, it's the charger. I think the chargers are just lamely made or defective or SOMETHING. Get a new one and it's over and done with. Not even a quick fix. That IS the fix. I've been find ever since!

Yeah I know that NOW, but when I was googling about people were all IT COULD BE THIS, IT COULD BE THIS and I was going @_@!! I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST THE CHARGER OH NO!

But it is just the charger. So yay. And I'll call them.

Blargh, I've been having the "plugged in/un-charging GRRRR" problem too. I've kinda just been 'meh' about it or whatever and let it do it's thing.
