I think my two quotes are "I wrote a hit play... and I'm in love with you," from Rushmore and "Whenever people agree with me, I always feel I must be wrong," by Oscar Wilde. Yup, they sum me up quite nicely! I'm a martyring Gryffindor, and on top of that, almost NO ONE agrees with my opinions. So, if someone agrees with me other than to laugh at one of my jokes, I always question that I'm wrong. No one agrees with me, I'm always the outsider. Technically, I support the silent majority in both politics and shipping, but because I'm around so many liberal, free-thinking people, I've always felt a bit... well... outside among the outsiders? I don't know.
And the "I wrote a hit play" is totally obvious. Guys will ask me, "Ok, so, why are YOU so special?" and I'm like, "Er... Well, I wrote a play and I've starred in numerous productions and Imkindasortainlovewithyou."
You're the third or fourth person who has broken up with someone they were in a relationship with for 3+ years recently. It's totally understandable, because 1. Three years is a long time and 2. You're what? 20? 21? Turning one of those? It's getting to be about time when you want to experience the world not attached at the hip to someone, you know? I haven't even dated someone for longer than about 3 or 4 months, and I love my freedom. It's just that... era, really...
