A sketchy sort of plan that might be really stupid.

So here's the thing. I've been riding English for the past 11 years [I'm talking horse talk btw, ignore what bits you don't get and pay attention to the schedual, mkay?], and I just started Western this morning. This is partially because I want to, and a bit because we don't have an open rider on our team. So that would be me for the fact that I've been, well, riding for 11 years.

But the thing is that the next western show is in 3 weeks. In fact, it's the DAY after Midsummer Night's Dream closes.

So, either I don't go....or I drive down there that night. If I can talk Steven into coming with, I think I'm aiming to go. I'd leave at like, 11:00 or Midnight, depending on whether there's a respondent that night [let's go for NOT and say 11ish]. It's a 4 hour drive. The show's in Gainesville. That'd put me as getting there at what, 3 AM or so? Get a hotel room, sleep, be at the show at like, 9 [they'll forgive me for being late].
