It's funny, people who remind me of Steven just put me in a distinctly unfavorable mood towards interactions with them. I don't know if it's the bad experience that entirely tainted my ability to cope with that type of personality even when not in direct relation to me or if I honest to god just cannot stand the type and finally know myself well enough to recognize it.

The first instance made more sense. When my little sister's boyfriend was treating her SO MUCH LIKE STEVEN DID ME, with the stupid arguments and threatening to break things off and an over-all holier-than-thou attitude about the whole thing...well. I wanted to go a bit lynching happy on his tall-as-hell-ass. [I don't even reach the top of his shoulder. This is very inconvenient.]

The second instance is a bit hilarious for being over a fictional character, but the "I think I'm god's gift to mankind" attitude, possesive, paranoid, argumentative, and ILLOGICALNESS to it all. Well. It makes life interesting. I liked him previously as a character, but that opinion has deteriorated as the similarities became more pronounced and obvious to me. And now I cringe. And it's sad because he doesn't even exist. XDDDDD

Man, what a fucked up world.

Hope everyone had a happy new year!
