I just finished writing the most ridiculously fun paper of my life.

And it's READY TO BE TURNED IN before oh, 10 minutes before class. Ahahahahahaha. Which is how most of my papers get done, to be honest.

BUT NOT THIS ONE. I got MOTIVATED because Steph had work to do for Lighting Design and came over with her laptop to work on it and she chilled on my bed doing that while I chilled on my desktop and we had music playing and were babbling about our respective projects, laughing over the weird shit, having random sing-a-longs and went on a Rockstar run to give us the needed energy to FINISH! So. I actually got cracking. And I got cracking BUT GOOD. alkjghsdg I really love this paper and a part of me wants to start version two to be used for grad apps right NOW but I really want some more folklore books so I can maybe find some stuff about coin tosses, I'd love a bibliography of Edgeworth, I need to read more of the histories I've got next to my bed, I need some info on the Gothic Novel/Big House Novel and er, I MIGHT even take a look to see what sort of criticism already exists.

So tomorrow's library run is in search of A- a bibliography B- more folklore and C- gothic novel stuff. Criticism I'll run a JSTOR and MLA bib search on Galileo and...uh.

Okay. Stopping that line of thought because hell, most of you lot don't care and I really can't blame you. I'm just done with nothing to do and am hyped up on caffiene still. I will probably go load up GH in a minute to burn some energy.

SPEAKING OF. Played GH3 at the Turkey Jam Sunday and OH MY GOD WANT. They have ANARCHY IN THE UK. lakjhglkafjghdlkjh AND OTHER AWESOME STUFF. But Anarachy in the UK is the one I saw and basically demanded that someone play with me RIGHT THEN AND THERE. ahahaha.

But the paper. Is titled "Fairies, Ghosts and Banshees: The Role of the Supernatural in Castle Rackrent." You cannot tell me that doesn't sound fun. Hell, it means I read 309285935 fairy tales and then drew a million comparisons and talked about how knowing the folklore gives the novel a richer flavor. Which...okay, if you aren't a lit nerd that doesn't sound thrilling. But come on. It's about FAIRIES and GHOSTS and shit. Good times! And I'm really ridiculously proud of my ideas. Because they're MINE. I mean, ONE of them was a suggestion from Keeley, the rest are totally out of my head but completely supportable. Realizing I can do this is awesome. Knowing I can find exactly where I need to look for things is awesome. Gaaaah. Proud. \o/
