No waaaaay. Apart from the way they handled Rikkai (and Jyousei *cough*) I prefer the anime. It's much more cracktastic.

I didn't really like Jyosei, though Hanamura was kinda cool, and the crack was okay, but there was too much of it and I really could have done without associating all of Rikkaidai with Sailor Moon.
