BAKING BONANZA

So last night, we smoked a turkey. Well, JD basically did the work, I just tended to it for the better part of five hours. It didn't finish until like, 2 am. But it tastes amazing.

Today in my kitchen, the following things were made:

- 2 apple pies
- 2 batches of chocolate chip cookies
- 1 batch of gingerbread cookies
- homemade mac & cheese
- 2 pans of squash casserole
- deviled eggs

All at once. May I remind you that our kitchen looks like


Yeeeaaah.

I'm about to go to a Turkey fest where we have 4 different turkeys and who-knows-what-else. But the apple pie was specifically requested of me, so I feel special. XD



Who wants to move in and eat our food?

I feel very accomplished. There were four of us trying to function in that tiny-ass kitchen. It was pretty interesting.
