themegalooSitting at work is always a good time for updated because I really have nothing better to do and can just sit here and blather on for ages and...well, hopefully not forget everything I was going to write.
The thing from yesterday was mentioning that I had a scary plot bunny for a massive crossover fanfic. And I'm severely tempted by it. By massive, I mean like, three or four fandoms, at least.
Oh, finally watched the Gravi OVAs last night. What the hell does "OVA" stand for anyhow? I'm too lazy to look it up, someone tell me. [yes, this would be one of the fandoms involved. XD] Also, have been listening to the music from that show. Someone rec me more stuff sorta like it? I'm a sucker for music recs.
...why is there no radio playing?! *investigates* wtf, why had they moved it? it usually is like, hanging in the upper corner of the shop, by the stairs, right? It's on the back counter. *is too lazy to put it back where it usually is*
SO. THIS MORNING.
Thursday mornings are the one icky morning a week because I have to get up at like, 7:30 am or something. [LOOK CHRIS. I HAD EVERY RIGHT TO CALL YOU A WIMP BECAUSE I TOTALLY WASN'T GETTING MUCH SLEEP EITHER.] But this is on account of the fact that I go riding. So, I wake up late, go bolting out the door, grab a soda [no time to make coffee, damn] and am almost there when I realize it's been raining the whole time. So by this point there's no point in going back because, well, I'm 15 minutes down the road and 5 from my destination and I'm awake anyhow...so i go out there and just stand and talk for a while before driving back, taking a shower, make an idle attempt at homework and go to class. Where I promptly had to prop my eyelids open because he was nattering on about history again, same things as afore, and like, 4 hours of sleep doesn't cut it for that. And then Health. Yuck, dull. I think we had what was basically a quiz on how to fill out the thrice-damned scantrons. Why did I put this off for so long? Freshman can be so irksome like that. XD We also had this big presentation thingy about CRI and the RAC and all, which was minorly cool because they're renovating the thing and all and it's going to be HUGE with like. A couple pools and all. So, exciting!
...That's been my day so far. Yet to come: sit here for 3 hours, 15 minutes. Maybe sell something if I'm lucky and rehearsal from like, 6:30 til 9:30ish. Somewhere in there I intend to eat. Because I've had crackers and bread and soda. That'll prolly happen sooner more so than later.
Look at this, I'm remembering all the stuff I kept forgetting while updating from MY computer. I'm thinking that next time I get my hair cut, it's going to continue in the "getting shorter!" direction because, well, I dunno. I like it shorter. Finally. Jamie was funny, the other day he remarked that you'd think girls with long hair are more girly and all, right? But that I look more like a girl than I ever have now that it's shorter. I'm not always sure if I like that. But hey. I think it was meant as a compliment, so cool.
Really, I think I'm done now. Might go get food. Hrm. Tempting.

And I have TOTALLY done that before. The realizing it's raining when you're all ready to go. Sometimes I just go "...screw it" and later be really gay about my hair since it gets wet. But shaking it out like a dog is fun.
