I spent the past two days or so reading Katekyo Hitman Reborn! And. Well. I read it in a very short period of time so i guess it's pretty obvious I enjoyed it. Now I must talk about it! *_*


I had a ridiculous amount of fun reading it, for one. Because the characters are JUST SO SILLY. Tsuna annoyed the piss outta me for ever and ever and then suddenly WHAM! He stopped sucking. And it was cool. It really took the Mukuro for him to start being a fun character to me, cause he really just needed to stop failing and have everyone look out for him. After that, he really started being cool! It's a shame it took so long, but there were other characters like LAMBO and DINO and GOKUDERA and YAMAMOTO to keep me reading and laughing until then!

I have a serious crush on Dino, by the way. the man is beeeaaautiful and klutzy and driven and I love him. I made an NPC journal for mallowmateys within a few hours of meeting him. I am pathetic about these sorts of things. Ahahaha. But he's fun, even though I've only NPC'd him a bit so far! There was a thread with Hibari that was FANTASTIC! In that Dino was a pest and Hibari was cranky. XD

Speaking of Hibari. Omg love?! He's. He's INSANE. I will never get over him threatening to bite people to death, even when he's in his 20's! That's HILARIOUS. And I want him to go Vampire on someone SOMEDAY. Just because. He could go vampire on Dino. It'd be pretty damn okay with that.

Other mentions of hot! LAMBO. He is too cute when +10, but when +20?! I almost fell out of bed. He was SO FREAKING BADASS. OMG. TOTALLY WAS NOT PREPARED FOR THAT!! I loved that battle though. And the Varia arc in general. Belphegor is so fucking weird and I'm CONVINCED that his nickname is a reference to Jack the Ripper. I mean, seriously! Prince the Ripper? Which also brings me back to Dino and Hibari again because there was TOTALLY a Shakespeare reference in there about taming the shrew. XD No wonder people ship them! Plus, well. Hot.

I have abad habit of loving the smokers in any series too. So, of COURSE I love Gokudera, but let me say this. If I loved him before, after he figured out the boxes and took down Gamma?! Hooooo shit. He is cool. And URI cracks me up. But I will never not love him with his dynamite and million cigarettes. I'm really curious about when the TYL arc ends and they go back...Will he go around with all him 398759283 boxes in the past too? It's curious. I also must admit that I love him for being like, a closet geek and a stalker and no one will EVER convince me that he doesn't have a crush on Tsuna, no matter how popular Yamamoto/Gokudera is. I like Yamamoto too, cause I mean, he's really chill and stuff. But Gokudera does shit like THIS:

I have a question!! I need something to read NEXT.

I like reading things over watching them, and I like shonen stuff that's funny and uplifting but with fun plotty things. So any suggestions, I'm open to! SO what else is good??

This current arc is not so fun. I feel like a FUTURE TIMEJUMPISH kind of arc should be the best thing ever but it's mostly disappointing me. And I haven't even met Spanner yet and I feel like he'd be cool.

Gokudera totally has a crush on Tsuna. But he also has a crush on Yamamoto. I basically think Gokudera is just gay with everyone. And everyone is gay for Tsuna.

I had fun with that thread. I was going to comment to Remus with Hibari but I feel like he's commenting TOO MUCH for Hibari. Which makes me sad but at the same time, I don't care.

I like it alright? I mean, some parts are pretty cool, but they aren't doing it NEARLY the justice it could be done to. I'm glad Hibari and Ryohei at least got to stay old. And I like Spanner. Spanner's really pretty amusing. :D

Hahaha! I think I can understand that. He's rather...taciturn. I need to get more comfortable with Dino and start talking to more people!! NPCing is a wonderful thing.

I'm enjoying aspects of it but I'm just like: "Well why would they do THAT when it would have worked out so much better and been COOLER if they had done THIS." I'm glad Hibari and Ryohei are old but I half miss Hibari's student council outfit.
